Who Let the Dads Out

Set Up and Welcomer – Express an interest

2nd Saturday of the month 10-11.30am A group for young children and their dads, grandads and father figures. The team set up the activities, provide refreshments (bacon rolls!), chat to the dads whilst the children play and then tidy up.

    Youth – Afterhours

    Helper or Leader – Express an interest

    Serving once a month, after the six:30 service until 8.30pm, discussing with the young people what they heard in the sermon (questions provided) and preparing snacks such as toasties!

      Intercessions

      Ministry Lead – Express an interest

      Leading the intercession team, recruiting/training volunteers and managing the rota for the 10am Service.

        Luncheon Club

        Cook Team Lead – Express an interest

        This person would lead a team of volunteer cooks, set the menu, shop for ingredients and ensure it is cooked safely and ready for the members on time. 

          Refreshments

          10am Refreshments Helper – Express an interest

          Help with setup of refreshments and washing up after.

            Music Team

            Musician – Express an interest

            Using musical skill to join with the Music Team in the 10am and 6.30 services.

              AV Team

              Presentation / Sound Operator – Express an interest

              Working as a pair, either operating the sound desk or ProPresenter PC (a bit like using PowerPoint/Slides) support services with audio and visual input.

                Website

                Webdeveloper / Team member – Express an interest

                We are looking to reveiw and update our website. We also need someone to regularly keep it updated.

                  Bible Reading

                  Bible Reader – Express an interest

                  Reading the New/Old Testament and the Gospel at the 10.00am service, usually once or twice within a three-month rota

                    Luncheon Club

                    Clear Away Helper – Express an interest

                    Volunteers to clear the tables and put the tables away at the end of the meal on a Monday.
