If your child has grown out of their uniform and it is in reasonable condition- please could we have it (not jumpers) for a uniform bank? Good quality coats, shoes, plimsolls and trainers also wonderful. Please leave in St Paul’s porch or at 52 Bowershott. Speak to Claire H with any queries.
There are home groups meeting on every weekday, where we can come together to share our lives and Christian experience, learn from the Bible, pray together and have fun. Each group has a particular style and focus, which we’ll profile in this slot in coming weeks. A summary of each Home Group can be found on the notice board at the back of the church.
If you are interested in joining, please pick up a contact list at the back of the church or speak to one of the ministry team or one of the people who welcomed you in church today.
Thank you: to everyone at St Paul’s who has supported and encouraged me and the family during Bill’s illness. The funeral on Monday was an amazing service attended by so many of you – a real testament to how he was admired and respected. Thank you, too, to all those who provided practical assistance in advance preparation and stewarding on the day. The many many letters and cards I have received will be of much comfort to me in the days ahead, and I thank you for them all, and for your prayers.
